Two levels: Club and VIP

Choose what fits your schedule: Club (off-peak access) или VIP (all-day access + priority registration). Both tiers — V7 community wear access, multi-language ops (TR/EN/RU/UA), Inner Circle event invites.

Play is included

Club — included play off-peak (твоя share of slot is covered). VIP — included play any time including peak hours + priority bookings.

Priority for events and league

Frequently asked questions

What is a playing slot?

A playing slot is 1/4 of a padel court.
Each court consists of four slots, which can be covered by payment, membership, or a combination of both.

What exactly does the membership cover?

The membership covers your personal playing slot according to the club rules.It does not mean automatic booking of the entire court.

If I am a member, can I play alone for free?

You may use your own playing slot.If there are fewer than four players on the court, the remaining slots must be paid for.

If two of us play and both are members, is the court free?

No.
In this case, the membership covers 2 slots, while the remaining 2 slots must be paid.

What happens if there are 4 players on the court?

If all 4 playing slots are covered — by payment, membership, or a combination — this is a standard game with no additional charges.

Does the game format affect the payment logic?

No.
Matches, training sessions, drills, or using the ball machine do not change the playing slot logic.

What is the difference between Club Membership and VIP Membership?

The difference lies in free slot usage hours, priority access, and additional privileges.
The basic slot logic is the same for all membership types.

During what hours is free slot usage available?

  • Club Membership: 08:00 – 17:00
  • VIP Membership: 08:00 – 23:00
Outside these hours, the standard club rates apply.

How many active bookings can I have at the same time?

Up to 3 active bookings simultaneously — for all membership types.

How can I book a court?

Via the club app or directly through the administrator(QR code on the club card).

What should I do if the game does not take place?

If you cannot attend — the booking must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.If other players continue the game, it is sufficient to notify the administrator.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes.
Pause Mode is available for memberships purchased for 3 months or more.
Freezing conditions depend on the selected membership type.

Are tournaments and events included in the membership?

No.
Membership provides early or priority access to events.Participation is paid separately or offered under special conditions (for VIP).

What is included in partner privileges?

Discounts and special offers from club partners — fitness centers, cafés, and food spaces near V7PADEL.The current list of partners is available from the administrator.

Can I invite guests?

Yes.
Each membership includes a gift voucher for guest play — conditions depend on the membership type.

Why does the club use a playing slot system?

This system is a standard for club sports and helps maintain a balance between player comfort and club sustainability.

What if I have a non-standard situation?

Please contact the club administrator.
